NOTIFICATION OF THE 2020 REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETING
Date of Meeting: Tuesday 27th October 2020 by virtual call.
The Regional Council Meeting to discuss the National Agenda for National Council. This is commonly known as the Mandate Meeting.
All current British Cycling members resident in Yorkshire are entitled to attend but representation and voting will be in accordance with Byelaw 9.9. This will be a virtual meeting and prior registration will be required so that all necessary documents can be forwarded in advance.
If you would like to take part in the meeting please email the Regional General Secretary, by 5:00pm on Monday 26th October stating your British Cycling membership number and which club, if any, that you represent. You will then receive an invitation immediately prior to the meeting.
