Chris Young is running cyclo cross coaching sessions on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd December. This is a chance to ride the nationals course and some race coaching. Chris is hoping to gain help from top Yorkshire riders including elite riders so well worth attending.
Thursday’s format is a 4 hour session and Friday is split into 2 sessions, these are:
U14 session 10.00-12.00
U16 session 12.30-2.00
